Minor DataObjects.Net 4.0 update

We've just updated v4.0 installer - the updated version resolves some issues related to compilation of AggregateProvider in RSE.

Other good news: shortly we'll migrate DataObjects.Net code to Google Code. The reason is obvious: really open source project must be hosted on really open source servers ;)

From now DataObjects.Net 4.0 issue tracker is already there.

DataObjects.NET v4.0 is updated

What's new:
- Console sample demonstrating how new DO runs and translates RSE queries, so now it's much easier to understand RSE providers conception now (btw, here is example output), as well as see how data flows through its query execution pipeline, when parts of queries are executed locally (or by its indexing storage providers).
- Almost everything listed in this section. The details will follow shortly.
- All the reported bugs are fixed.
